・You will research the information necessary for each business consulting project and M&A consulting project.
・Market trend research
・For customers considering establishing a joint venture, you will provide support for researching and selecting a Thai company to be their partner.
・Confirm with government agencies the necessary procedural information for company establishment, company closure, merger, etc.
・Investigation of related regulations and licenses that need to be obtained when establishing a customer's company
・Investigation of other information necessary for consulting projects
・Other tasks assigned by company

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Must have Business Level of English Skill
-Must have researcher experience at any consulting firms for more than 5 years
