Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers (50%).
Identify and acquire new customers (50%).
Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Collaborate with internal teams for successful project delivery.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Male or Female
Age: 24-30 years old (no more than 30)
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (fresh graduates are welcome)
1-2 years of experience in Sales/Sales Support
Eager to continuously learn and grow
Able to work under pressure, diligent, and responsible
Interested in international organizations and cultures
Interest in real estate/construction
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Able to communicate in English (Japanese is a plus)
Willing to work with a startup company
