1. As the middle management duties, roles, and responsibilities, to extremely manage and strongly control over F&A all tasks and functions as whole company (which covering over business units for PPD, PFD, EPD, APAC and Trading).
2. To closely supervise and carefully monitor over Operation F&A teams all staffs to ensure of their roles, responsibilities and assignment are consistent and completely performed as the high abilities, effort and the most efficiency.
3. To strongly verify, review and provide all the official, statutory and management reports which be assigned and required by each relevant entity, must be useable and relied on of its correctness, punctually and fully support.
4.To highly confident and ensure all F&A reports and transactions are operated and performed in accordance with the General Accepted Accounting Principles, Thai FRS, IFRS and Head office Finance & Accounting standards.
5. Strongly support and provide by the efficient suggestion to ensuring all company activities and reports are correctly and comply to local laws, taxes, BOI, and all relevant regulations (including across countries to covering taxes and each regulations concerned).
6.To unify and standardize as whole company for all and existing F&A policy, standard of procedures (SOP), operation flows, be more efficiency and strengthen of each control.
7.Consistency and time by time to analyze, resolve, implement and improve over F&A functional programs and system concerns to be more updated, enhance productivity and upmost utilization.
8.Earlier and ready as leader of preparing, gathering of the significant data, information, F&A functions, all standard and requirement reports for approaching and implement to SAP 4 Hana or the other else of the related programs.
9. Immediately manage, analyze, and resolve if any errors/problems incurred, proposing the efficient and good solutions with the proper measurement to settle and cover all F&A operations, systems, and its concerns.
10. Sharing, collaborate and exchange of each the concrete opinion between departments for works improvement and enhance of each efficiency.
11.Propose and concretely plan to implement as the Digital Utilization Policy, by applying the Business Intelligence (BI) tools for F&A works, to be enhance productivity and the upmost efficiency.
i.e. E-signature, E-approval and paperless etc.
12. Strong negotiate, advantage convince and good compromise for external contacts and dealing with, especially the states and government entities, to avoid any fine and huge penalty.
13. To manage and control as higher efficiency over finance and treasury tasks for company working capital, cashflow and loans management.
14. Propose the Talent Development Policy, as leader manner to motivate and encourage all sub-ordinate for their working by more competency, enhance knowledge and skill for their higher and success in carrier path.
15. As leader manner to initiate and remind all sub-ordinate to always recognize and strictly follow as company mission.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

▪ Male or Female age 44 - 50 years old
▪ Bachelor’s degree in accounting field
▪10-15 years in Finance and accounting as management or senior manager level
▪ At least 10 years over covering manufacturing and trading business
▪Has CPD or CPA license.
▪Experience supervising, managing, and controlling an F&A team with more than 10 subordinates is preferable.
▪Experience working in audit firms (e.g., EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, etc.) is an advantage.
▪Experience working with international firms is also an advantage.
▪Expertise in general, cost, and managerial accounting in accordance with Thai Accounting Standards (TFRS), IFRS, NPAES, GAAP, including J-SOX (also an advantage).
▪Strong skills and expertise in financial statement analysis, with the ability to understand and logically explain balance sheets, profit and loss statements, retained earnings, statements of changes in financial position, cash flows, etc.
▪Proficiency in finance and accounting background for budgeting, report preparation, and efficient planning.
▪Expertise in tax matters, planning, rules, and regulations, covering transfer pricing, VAT, withholding tax, CIT, stamp duty, personal income tax, business tax, permanent establishment (PE) definitions and distinctions, double tax treaties, and related concerns, including cross-regional and global tax issues (also an advantage).
▪Strong skills and knowledge in financial and treasury functions, including control, loan management, financial strategy, cash flow management and reporting, with an understanding of financial tools and markets. This includes familiarity with exchange rate sentiment, interest rates, benchmarks, market trends, deflation and inflation rates, and relevant economic indicators, as well as forex instruments and derivative transactions.
▪Strong leadership skills with the ability to monitor, deeply analyze, and make logical decisions. Capable of managing, controlling, and advising subordinates and other departments to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
▪Proficiency in analyzing, supporting, proposing, and efficiently advising company management in decision-making related to finance.
▪Good communicate in both spoken and written English.
▪Fluent in computer skill.
