- Propose and develop products to increase the brand's sales and establish it as a well-known market leader through thorough analysis and development of the product.
- Drive sales and profits using sales incentives to achieve the company's existing objectives and assets.
- Analyze concepts related to Marketing, Product, and Sales.
- Plan the development of marketing strategies and products to meet the established goals and plans.
- Review the planogram and ensure proper display placement of products.
- Examine the visual merchandising overview.
- Monitor retail inventory circulation and renew promotions for expired accounts.
- Identify top-performing products and bring in new products that have been developed.
- Determine marketing strategies and plans, including sales, marketing, and related strategies to introduce new innovations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age 35 - 45 years old ( Female is preferable)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing (both online and offline), with a focus on the beauty and cosmetics industry
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, product development, and sales strategies
- Experience in managing a team and leading marketing initiatives
- Good command in English
