JOB DETAIL

■General
・Work with Marketing & Sales Manager employee, to commit business growth
・Building Strategy, Planning/Control the budget, conduct Marketing/ activities
・Manage Japanese Clients
・Prepare a market report and report it to Japanese executives

■Detail Tasks
・Analyze/Evaluate the market situation and product prices in the market and create sales strategies.
（Reseaerch about both client & competitor's behavior）
・Create or find new sales channels.
・Create brand awareness among target customers.
・Coordinate with other related departments such as production, accounting, public relations to create marketing strategies and follow up.
・Meet with clients, and promote solutions
・Negotiation, and finalize the deal
・Translate Client's order-related documents from Japanese customers and explain to the production department

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■Must Have
・Bachelor's degree in any field, Age 25-50 years old.
・At least 1 year experience in the marketing field
・Japanese Intermediate level or upper (N3 or above)
・English Intermediate level

■Better to have
・Japanese Upper Intermediate level
・BtoB sales experience
