JOB DETAIL

1. Coordinate with related party(ies) to support customers' requirements, including solving problem, implementation, and all logistics services responsibilities as one stop service.
2. Follow up with customers and oversea inquiry(ies), i.e., shipment status, related documents, billing, claim, and other requirements (if any)
3. Prepare the Attached Sheet and apply License per Invoice (LPI), Import Entry, and issuing Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) Form.
4. Review and amend product name on invoice and packing list to match with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) license.
5. Apply import licenses or import privilege via National Single Window (NSW) system with related Government Offices, i.e., Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Department of Agriculture (DOA), Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI), etc.
6. Monitor daily e-mails and business requirements from internal and external parties.
7. Monitor cargo movement and give advice to Operation Team for smooth cargo handling.
8. Maintain and develop business relationships with our client.
9. Other assignments/duties as assigned by manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Female. Age between 25-27 years old
2. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field.
3. At least 1 year of experience as Sales Coordinator from Freight Forwarding company (If from Logistics company must have knowledge in freight forwarding industry).
4. Intermediate level of English
