・Planning and Control of department budget
・Manage of development schedule of new project to meet client's requirement
・Handle of Cost reduction activities (VA/VE) and promote to implement.
・Investigate the product failure and issue of technical report
・Manage documentation about ISO/IATF 16949
・Manage/Support subordinates(Around 10 person in R&D Department)
・Coordinate with Japanese HQ's team for Product Development

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Male or Female, Age 35 years or above
・Bachelor degree Major Mechanical Engineering or related field
・7-15 Years working experience in Design/R&D of automotive parts industry
・Japanese Intermediate level(N3 or Above)
・English Intermediate level
