【Main Duty】
・The position is responsible for achieving sales targets, controlling in-field promotional expenses according to the company’s approved budget, listing new products or protecting existing brands from being deleted from the hospital formulary, and coaching both the coach and their direct subordinates to become professional salespeople

【Job Description】
・Achieve sales targets as per the company’s approved plan and list new products into the hospital formulary while protecting existing brands.
・Ensure in-field execution aligns with brand strategies, company policies, and industry codes of conduct.
・Allocate, monitor, and control the promotional budget for teams, ensuring effective spending.
・Coordinate with external stakeholders like DKSH to monitor sales performance and ensure adequate support.
・Collaborate with HR to recruit and select the right people for the team.
・Exhibit leadership skills and serve as a role model for subordinates, providing guidance and support.
・Identify training and development needs, organizing programs to address skill gaps.
・Provide regular feedback and positive reinforcement to enhance subordinate performance.
・Coach subordinates in-field to maintain high professional standards and align with brand strategies.
・Monitor subordinate performance to ensure KPIs are met and optimize return on investment (ROI).
・Develop action plans that align with brand strategies and allocate resources to meet objectives.
・Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders, staying up-to-date on market intelligence.
・Regularly share market intelligence and best practices with relevant teams.
・Make business decisions to maximize ROI, control allocated budgets, and propose solutions for sales issues.
・Lead sales meetings, review sales incentives, and foster team unity within the commercial department.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or related science
・Male or Female
・Age between 30~45 years old
・More than 8 years of sales experience
・More than 3 years sales management experience in healthcare industry
・Upper Intermediate Level of English (TOEIC 750 up)
・Must have own car and driver license
・Can use Microsoft Office(MS office: word, excel, power point, etc.)

【Advantage】
・Master’s degree in business management is a plus
・Experience with relevant portfolio is highly preferred
・Diabetes or CNS drug sales experience
