• Standards Management: Oversee and manage operations within the Standards Management Department.
• Budget Creation: Develop and manage budgets for certification costs associated with various development projects.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations necessary for marketing and selling air conditioning products developed by the company in international markets.
• Work Planning: Formulate work plans for acquiring technical reports (such as CB, EMC, and performance reports for air conditioners) required for regulatory compliance applications in different countries. Prepare and manage application documentation and schedules.
• Documentation Control: Maintain and control reports, certificates, and other relevant documents to ensure they are organized and readily accessible

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Gender and Age: Male or Female, aged between 25-31 years.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Management Skills: Experience in business planning, schedule management, and preparing application documents. Must have the ability to manage subordinates effectively.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, with strong conversational skills and the ability to write and understand business emails and documents.
• Industry Experience: Prior work experience in the household electrical appliance industry is essential.
• IT Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, along with good knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Design or Regulatory Experience: Candidates with direct experience in design or working with regulations and certification processes will be given preference.
• Standards and Compliance:
• Experience working with international safety standards, especially IEC60335-1 or IEC60335-2-40.
• Knowledge of EMC standards, such as CISPR 14-1:2020 (Emission) and CISPR 14-2:2020 (Immunity).
• Familiarity with IEC 61000-3 series (IEC 61000-3-2, 61000-3-3, 61000-3-11, 61000-3-12).
• Understanding of ISO standards, including ISO 5151 and ISO 13253.
