JOB DETAIL

- Monitor and improve application performance and service quality
- Install and configure Server Linux / Windows, Database, Application and related Security. to make the system ready to use and is safe
- Manage Server on VMware/Cloud for allocation and manage resources efficiently
- Participate in the system verification process in Environment : SIT and UAT Prod.
- Analyze problems or find the cause of various technical problems
- Troubleshoot issues according to SLA agreements and coordinate with the development team to resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot issues arising from builds and coordinate with the development team to resolve issues.
- Create documentation for the system, configuration, and troubleshooting process.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or female.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related.
- 2+ years experience in deploying, supporting and fixing Application Back-end.
- Must have experience in managing Linux systems
- Experience in multi-tiered legacy application architectures and service decomposition and micro services.
- Experience in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, CI, CD, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Gitlab, Jenkin will be given special consideration.
