1. Supervise and follow up on sales representatives to perform according to plan and assist sales representatives in taking care of and creating satisfaction for customers.
2. Research information about competitors in the market in order to plan strategies for working with the sales team.
3. Give advice to sales representatives in opening and closing sales. Create promotional items to achieve sales and profits as determined by the company.
4. Follow up on the work of sales representatives under responsibility and evaluate their performance. To find solutions to problems that may arise or help representatives close sales.
5. Collect sales forecasts in advance for supervisors according to the cycle set by the company.
6. Set a schedule for providing product knowledge and sales skills to sales representatives on a monthly or annual basis.
7. Organize training to develop sales skills for sales representatives so that they have potential and are ready to work.
8. Check the product to be in accordance with the sales contract. Both in terms of numbers and specific features in order to deliver products to customers
9. Work with supervisors to increase efficiency and sales opportunities.

11. Attend monthly meetings of the sales team and plan marketing together with supervisor and team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, age not over 40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields. (Science and medical equipment will be given special consideration)
- 3-5 years or more of experience in medical devices, with 1 year experience in management field.
- Have patience, leadership and high responsibility.
- Able to travel to other provinces
- Have a vehicle and driver's license.
- If you have experience working in the URO/GI department, you will receive special consideration.
- Good command in English (Product training with international supplier)
