• Provide consultation and information according to customer needs regarding property rentals in Japan.
• Search for and present property information in Japan based on customer requirements.
• Contact and verify information with real estate agencies in Japan.
• Follow up and assist customers throughout the transaction process (lease agreements), including translating and explaining contract documents.
• Assist customers throughout their stay in Japan.
• Develop and plan strategies to increase sales.
• Organize seminars on property rentals in Japan.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Japanese language proficiency level N3 or higher
- Communicative level of English proficiency
- 1 year or more of experience in sales
- Have a good personality and be assertive.
- Computer skills
