• Ensure uninterrupted supply of utilities to process to minimize production loss due to breakdowns.
• Ensure overall all facility systems are able to function properly at all times (Electrical systems, Solar cell, Wastewater, Air compressor, Chiller, Cooling tower, Water supply system, HVAC system, Fire protection system)
• Contribute to the continuous technical improvement of the facility, equipment, and production systems in support of plant business goals.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and machinery by conducting Food Safety and Quality Management Systems implementation like ISO, FSSC general principles of Food Hygiene like GMP, PRP/GHPs, & HACCP, and another like Halal, RSPO, etc.
• Ensure reliability and integrity of equipment through equipment condition evaluation to diagnose the problem before failure. Reducing plant unplanned losses by increasing equipment’s reliability with a systematic approach (The Company's Work System- Reliability Maintenance).
• Create, evaluate, and continue develop preventive maintenance program and support subordinates to complete PM activity in time and with quality for the process in consultation with process requirements and take necessary actions.
• Ensure timely implementation of maintenance activities, reduce PM slippage, reduce MTTR and Increase MTBF and improve the reliability of the equipment of the entire plant
• Prepare appropriate machine spare parts to avoid long time machine breakdown and support total productive maintenance plan.
• Developing maintenance standards (Maintenance tasks, Inspection/Lubrication/Cleaning tasks) to mitigate risks and maintain equipment's basic condition.
• Leading the maintenance team in performing both preventive and corrective maintenance and organizing the technician team to support maintenance activities.
• Planning and organizing the maintenance team to support service vendors and contractors for overhauls, repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault analysis of facility equipment, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Supervising maintenance technicians and providing day-to-day operational support and maintenance services to Data Center facilities.
• Coordinating with other functions to support projects and maintenance work.
• Developing people's capability via training and practices. Providing support, advice, and technical training to the maintenance team. Assisting with technician skill and performance assessments. Driving to reduce losses by developing maintenance standards, strengthening breakdown elimination process, monitoring and controlling maintenance work management process, and improvement projects/initiatives.
• Being part of Reliability Maintenance CoP for best practice sharing/reapplication across the region.
• Handling emergency cases or urgent issues related to machines, utilities, and facility supply systems to prevent production interruptions, and establish preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
• Coordinate outsourced jobs or with suppliers for PM & CM jobs, inspection work, shutdown work and abnormalities and take corrective actions for their elimination
• Ensuring adequate contractor/consultant levels to achieve the highest value of facility maintenance. Supporting Plant and Contractor Safety, Food Safety/Quality programs.
• Failure analysis and set counter measure to prevent repeated failure. Investigating and identifying the root causes of problems, taking the lead to resolve machine issues.
• Reviewing and improving maintenance documentation as necessary.
• Ensuring workplace safety by conducting safety audits.
• Ensuring compliance with maintenance regulations, including electrical installations/testing signoffs, appliance tagging, and calibrations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male only age from 25 -33 years
• Bachelor’s degree or higher of Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or other related Engineering Profession. Equivalent working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance/engineering field experience in the manufacturing plant.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical is required.
• Experience in PLC programming and electrical drive system
• Basic knowledge of multi-function in Electrical, Mechanical engineering etc. and able to apply use for resolving problems
• Familiarity with facility and utility systems (e.g., air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, factory water systems, fire pumps and alarms, air conditioners, wastewater treatment).
• Knowledge & experience with Food processing equipment, packing equipment, and Product inspection equipment for food manufacturing plants is preferred.
• Good Leadership and motivation with teamwork.
• Good command of English.
• Work every other Saturday (2 day per months)
