JOB DETAIL

1. In charge of supporting quality control and improvement of software development department.
2. Establish, implement, conduct, and monitor to ensure compliance with quality definition.
3. Analyze gaps and contribution to the continuous improvement of the quality process and definition.
4. Provide standard software quality items to be managed and upto target value of the development team.
5. Provide regularly quality report and feedback to team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-30 years old.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology, Electrical Engineering or Engineering related field.
3. At least 2 years of experience Software Quality Assurance from automotive, electronics or IT company with good understanding of software development process and quality control.
4.Intermediate level of English. (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage).
NOTE: Work from home policy, depends on volume of work and company's regulations. (New members works in the office everyday during probation)
