- Cooperate with manufacturing team and customer to manage wire harness issue to meet customers' needs.
- Collect data from various sources, manage & analyze big data.
- Generate and monitor profit improvement of design.
- Share customers' information and control overall concerning with manufacturing team.
- In charge of distributing design information accurately and in time.
- Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
- At least 1 year as Design Engineer with CATIA skill. - Intermediate Level of English with TOEIC Score 600 or higher (If able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage).
- Able to work on some Saturdays depends on company's calendar.
- Flexble Time (After probation, able to start working during 7.30 - 10.00a.m.).
- Hybrid Working (After probation, able to Work from home 2 days/week).
