JOB DETAIL

• Prepare quotations and sales sheet materials for sales department
• Issue PO, Delivery order sheet, Invoice
• Coordinate with shipping company, transportation company and Japan head office
• Inventory check and controls

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female, age 22-30 years old.
- Graduated BA. in any field.
- 1-2 years in Sales coordinator or new graduate are welcome.
- Good command in English.
- Must have JLPT at least N3.
- Good at Computer skill such as MS PPT, Word, Excel
- Polite, Creative, Flexible, Ability to present a product, Be responsible for duties,
- Able to work under pressure.
