JOB DETAIL

Onsite at nearby Bangkok i.e. Chonburi, Pathumthani, Rayong.
Project Duration: 1-12months (Depends)
Type of Contruction: 100% factory

1. Act as Construction Site Controller supervising installation of machine, utilities, site factory, building, storage, etc.
2. Control and making site document control schedule and paper tasks submitting to company for recording purpose.
3. Monitor, control and re-check with other engineering teams, control and lead supplier, out-sourcing and contact to sub-contractor to meet the construction master plan.
4. Prepare the price, quantity of use and making the price addition works/deduction works to cilent and compare with sup-contractor (if any).
5. Co-operate with civil engineer, mechanical, electrical teams.
6. Co-operate with electrical, machine maker and supplier.
7. Monitor and control the work to meet company policy and construction legal standard.
8. Audit work from starting to finishing.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male, age between 36-40 years old.
2. *Bachelor degree or higher in mechanical engineering.
3. *Must have 'Professional Mechanical Engineer License Level 2' ระดับสามัญวิศวกร
4. Experience at least 15 years in mechanical work and knowledge on managing site working process
5. *At least 2 years of direct experience in factories construction. (If have working experience in Food Factory Construction or Japanese company is an advantage).
6. Able to lead, control subordinates, subcontractor as a site manager and able to travel/stay at site construction as needed.
7. Proven skills in Auto CAD. (If familair with Sketchup program is an advantage).
8. Required driver's license *Company's car will be provided when onsite.
9. Lower intermediate level of English (Able to communicate as needed/Daily Conversation).
10. Able to travel onsite both domestic & overseas.
11. Able to work onsite on Saturdays when needed.
12. Able to work overtime as needed *Overtime allowance will be provided.
