• Work with team to successfully create clients all over South East Asia to expand company services and introduce our Systemic Coaching™ for organizational transformation.
• Be an expert in the company's latest Systemic Coaching™ concept while playing an active role in creating collaboration and alignment within/across the organization for development projects.
• Using training and maximizing resources to develop own self as a qualified executive/learning coach continuously. In the meantime, upheld a high standard of coaching in 1on1 and group setup to enhance sustainable organizational transformation.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties within and across countries to increase high-service quality and business expansion.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

・Male or Female, Age 30-37 years old preferably with mature character
・Bachelor's degree in any related fields
・Candidates who have study abroad experience in Japan, Europe, or the U.S. are welcome
・More than 5 years of working experience in Sales, Consultant, or related field (Non-management)
・Able to speak Japanese in intermediate level (JLPT N2 or N1), English (Intermediate level)
・Good communication and management
・No coaching knowledge or background required.
・Candidates who enjoy working in a team environment
・Enjoy to learn new things and improve yourself
・Multitasking skills, Positive person, Business Mindset,
・Have Accountability, Team spirit, and Communication skills
・Willing to have close ties with the Japanese Corporation
