- Support the operation of the serviced office business so that the employees are efficient and the customers have the highest satisfaction.
- Answer to customer's email, phone, Chat Line, and WhatsApp requests and process payments with customers
- Build good relationship with relevant departments, both customer groups and business partners. to increase business opportunities and achieve the project objectives.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions
- Other assigned by manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 22-28 years old
- Bachelor degree in any field.
- 1 years experienced and new grad is welcomed
- Able to communicate in English
