JOB DETAIL
Position: Senior Account Manager
Report to: Senior Manager (Thai)
Department: International Sales Department
Responsible for international client management (Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Pakistan), market and sales planning, and internal and external sales coordination. This role also involves managing stock inventory, providing sales forecasts, and working with the product development team to develop sales and marketing channels for 2nd-tier customers in the countries within their purview.
Main Responsibility:
• Drive Sales revenue achievement via close collaboration with all international distributors and develop collaborative sales strategies while encouraging Marketing campaign objectives.
• Develop positive working relationships with distributors and provision of training and development for distributors’ sales team.
• Monitor distributors’ inventory level, ensure it is consistently at a healthy level, as well as their channel partners, ensure their Key Performance Indicators are achieved.
• Set sales goals and develop distributors’ marketing programs to achieve these goals and monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of distributors’ marketing programs.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration or other related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in IT product sales positions in the Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, and Pakistan markets.
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in English listening, reading, speaking, and writing.
