1. Leading or supervise for ASEAN reginal Plant and remote location to Certify/ Maintain QMS-certification
(Lead for Internal self-assessment of the annual quality management system)
2. Handle the PPAP submission for Import tire and cooperate for APQP Activity in each project
3. Interacting cross-functionally with concerned departments to ensure related products and processes.
are compatible to meet CSR
4. Leading quality improvement project with internal and external departments for continuous improvements
and following up project progress according to the master plan.
5. Cooperate with Plant to follow up OE issued and its countermeasure to protect occurrence.
6. Hold the training for IATF16949 and other core tools (Control Plan, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA) and update requirement for ASEAN group
7. Consult and support FS preparation with all section of each factory in ASEAN area.
8. Consult for NC-issue from Quality Management system Audit, OE-Audit and follow up the effectiveness for ASEAN Group
9. Support Head office for any issue (if need), especially concerned with IATF/Customer requirement.
10.Review / Training for CSR (OEM) and OE Customer Activities (SSAS, G-MSA, Shop-flow audit)
11.PPAP/PSW Prepare and Submission: Import company product, Consult for APQP activity

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female age 35 - 45 year old
• Bachelor's Degree or higher, major in Science or Engineering field.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in Quality Management System and OEM car manufacturing if there was lead auditor on QMS will be advantage
• Leadership skill, Analytical review and logical thinking
• Problem solving and teaching skill
• Advanced level of English Ability (TOEIC 600 up)
• Report skill to manager with Basic skill of Excel / Word / Power Point
• Time management and planning with each subsidiary and distributors
