【Main Duty】
・Handling the work of all accounting departments in the factory.
・3 subordinates.

【Job Description】
・Management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (AR/AP)
・Preparation and management of monthly Balance Sheets (BS)
・Creation and support of budget management documents
・Supervision and coordination of inventory management
・Preparation and analysis of financial statements
・Execution of asset management tasks
・Conducting cost calculation and cost analysis
・Collection and reporting of financial data
・Preparation and submission of tax returns
・Improvement and optimization of financial management systems
・Other assigned tasks

Plastics, synthetic resin coloring and processing, and resin compounds

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor's Degree
・Male or Female
・Age between 30 - 50 years old
・More than 8 years of factory accounting experience
・More than 5 years of experience in AR/AP and BS/PL and cost accounting
・Intermediate Level of English　（TOEIC 750）
・No Job hopper

【Advantage】
・Can speak Japanese
・MBA Graduate
・Accounting experience in a factory making chemical or plastic based products
