- Take care of Sales target of branch area and sales members.
- Drive Sales team to achieve sale target
- Plan and determine the work direction of each branch to meet sales targets.
- Manage sales and profits of the branch and find new customers for driven sales amount
- Analyze sales trends and analyze the market.
- Collect marketing information from competitors to analyze for marketing.
- Able to adjust work strategies to suit the current situation.
- Coordinate contact with various departments both within and outside the organization.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female age 30 years old up
- Bachelor's degree in any relations field.
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in Sales or BD manager in retail, wholesale, fresh produce, meat.
- Have the ability to increase sales Create profit for the company
- Team management, sales management, people management
- Honest, Hardworking and Active
- Have leadership qualities Be responsible and disciplined.
- Able to work under pressure and can work overtime
- Can drive and have a personal car.
- Able to use computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint quite well.
- Able to work 6 days a week (depends on shift work)
