• Interpretation and Translation: Provide accurate and contextually relevant interpretation and translation services between Japanese and English during meetings, training sessions, and daily operations.
• Coordination Support: Assist in coordinating activities between Japanese management and local teams, ensuring that all parties are aligned on project objectives and timelines.
• Documentation: Translate technical documents, reports, and correspondence as required, ensuring clarity and precision in communication.
• Cultural Liaison: Act as a cultural bridge, helping to navigate and resolve any communication barriers between Japanese and local staff.
• Training Support: Assist in training sessions for local employees, ensuring they understand operational procedures and expectations set by Japanese management.
• Administrative Tasks: Support administrative functions related to the production and engineering departments, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree in Japanese language or any related field
• Good command in Japanese with N2 at minimum level
• Working experiences in related position
• Proficiency in computer programs: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Willingness to learn about work in general, in order to better support the company operation
• Experience working in automotive field is an advantage
• Be able to prioritize work, update and report to related parties accordingly
