• Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients in the waste paper and finished paper industry.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and negotiations to close sales deals.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide feedback and adjust sales strategies.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the General Manager.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate them to customers.
• Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with clients on orders, delivery, and after-sales support.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paper industry.
• 30-35 years
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel as needed (company car provided; must possess a valid driver's license)
