JOB DETAIL

-Assist mechanical department manager in managing and developing work process and team.
-Responsible for studying customer requirement, constrain, pain point, and feedback to provide good design, improve our service, and build a good relationship
-Lead and control mechanical design team to comply with project requirement and meet the quality standards.
-Design Fluid piping, Fire protection, HVAC, Sanitary, Energy & Control.
-Able to analyze, plan & manage project, assess risk to ensure projects success. (Time, Cost, Quality, Health, Safety and Environment)
-Responsible for Bidding Assistance, Contract preparation, Budget Estimation and Quantity Survey.
-Manage team for site survey, construction supervision and commissioning

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 35-45 years old
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 6-10 years experience in design, project management & construction management
- Well organized, resourceful, planful, and also foreseeing and managing around obstacles.
- Skills of multitasking and work as team.
- Good command in English, presentation skill, result oriented, leadership skill
- Have a Associate/Professional Engineer License (Must)
