- This role typically involves creating floral arrangements, designing bouquets, and working with flowers to create aesthetically pleasing designs for various occasions and settings.
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring a high standard of quality and creativity.
- Assist with in-store flower sales, providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Manage and promote online flower sales through various digital platforms, ensuring an engaging and user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new product offerings and seasonal collections.
- Maintain and update the online flower shop, ensuring inventory is accurate and the presentation is visually appealing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in floral design and online sales strategies to continually improve offerings and customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

Previous experience in flower sales and floral design is required.
- Experience with online sales platforms and digital marketing is highly preferred.
- A strong sense of creativity and a passion for working with flowers.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Thai.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work with a Chinese start-up company.
