JOB DETAIL

- Receive and response Japanese customer for incidents/requirements via call and e-mail.
- Handle customer's complaint and provide troubleshooting solutions in order to meet customer's satisfaction
- Offsite & Onsite troubleshoot problem about network, PC, etc..
- Coordinate with related parties to troubleshoot and update until problem is solved
- Manage incident ticket report until IT is closed in the system.
- Coordinate with KDDI HQ in Japan for each network installation project-Offsite & Onsite support Japanese communication between Japanese person and support engineer
- Follow up work status according to work schedule
- Translate some Japanese document (such as work procedure) to English and work

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female and Male (Thai Nationality)
- Age 28-35 years old
- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Business Computer,
or other related field- Have experience in helpdesk IT support (PC, Server, etc..) and network troubleshooting (LAN,WAN) is better
- Know basic of PC and network.
- Business level for both written and spoken Japanese
