Position: Sales & Marketing
Department: New Business Devleopment
Products: Conveyer, Industrial Chain & Power Transmission Products. etc.
Team of 4-5 Sales Engineer
No sales target (Maintain relationship with existing client 60% & Marketing 40%)

1. Analyze market situation to understand the competitiveness of the company comparing with competitors.
2. Find customers' need in order to develop effective and competitive marketing sales stratetgy.
3. Maintain relationship with customers.
4. Maintain and increase awareness of the company's products.
5. Work closely with sales engineer team members and sales coordinators in order to understand the current situation of the company and extend competitive environment.
6. Create and apply sales & marketing strategy, set internal policy and design marketing promotion.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 25-35 years old
2. Bachelor's degree marketing or any related field.
3. Minimum 3 year of experience as Sales & Marketing from *industrial related products.
4. *Proven ability and experience in 'Data Analysis' to create sales & marketing plans and promotion.
5. Intermediate level of English (If have TOEIC Score 500 or higher is an advantage).
