JOB DETAIL

■Translate tasks(Main Part)
・Translate communication between Japanese and Thai people. (for Office and Factory)
・Translate document in Japanese and Thai, including English. (for Office and Factory)
・Support Company Compliance tasks such as Regulation translate and prepare document for training

■MD Secretary /GA tasks(Occasional)
・Meeting arrangement, Reimbursement of expensed document
・Business trip allowance document preparation, booking, and others tasks from Japanese manager
・Manage scheduling and process of Visa, work permit application, and 90 days notification
・Arrange for welcome foreign guest and visitors and hotel reservation, including car preparation
・Other occasional tasks assign from manager

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・Female only, Bachelor degree, Age up to 35 years
・Japanese Upper Intermediate level（N3 or above)
・English intermediate level or above
・2+ years working experience as Japanese Interpreter at manufacturing company

■Better to have
・Understand some technical vocabulary, and basic systems used at factory
・Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT etc)
