Position: Business Manager
Product: 2nd hand Construction Machinery (i.e. รถงานก่อสร้าง Wheel Loader รถตัก Excavator รถขุด, Rollers, Motor Graders , Dozers, etc.)
Number of Direct Subordinate: 0
Report Directly to Regional Parts Manager (Singapore HQ)
Marketing Planning (Support Dealers in Thailand, Vietnam, Australia) 80% Sales 20%

1. Analyze and research the 2nd hand construction machinery industry, regional markets, competitors, and potential customer distribution, and regularly update reports.
2. Evaluate the residual value and refurbishment costs of 2nd hand construction machinery equipment from subsidiaries, agents, and customers.
3. Recommend suitable used equipment (excavators, loaders, etc.) and promote orders.
4. Complete the company's periodic operations and marketing activities (auctions, promotions, etc.).
5. Develop, communicate, negotiate, and sign agreements with external partners/regional partners, and manage and evaluate partners.
6. Identify target customers, expand the customer base through customer visits, WeChat marketing, online promotion, etc., and conduct refined operations based on customer classification.
7. Build a team for the repair and maintenance of used machinery, provide repair lists, and organize orders to complete repairs
8. Assist subsidiaries and dealers to operate leasing business, build 2nd hand machine and leasing team capabilities and specifications.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age between 30-45 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in any related field.
3. Minimum 2 years of *direct and *recent experience as Sales & Marketing in construction machinery industry.
4. *Must have experience in both sales strategy and market planning.
5. Upper intermediate level of English. (If able to communicate in Chinese is an advantage).
6. SAP system knowledge is preferred.
7. *Required personal car & driver's license.
8. Able to travel to Ayudhaya regularly. (Affiliate Office & Warehouse).
9. Able to travel on oversea business trips in Southeast Asia region.
