JOB DETAIL

・Control import & export processes.
・Make necessary documents for import & export. Handle L/C relating transaction and documentation.
・Issuing quotation
・Delivery control and share shipping information with customers.
・Receive purchase orders and issue receipts.
・Manage and update price lists.
・Coordinate with factories, sales members, executive members and customers/distributors in both Thailand and overseas.
・Assist/Report to Customer Service Managers.
・Secretarial duties
・Other tasks assigned by managers

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Requirement]
・Obtain bachelor degree or higher
・Experience in customer service field for at least 3 years(import & export, delivery control, coordination between factories and customers/distributor)
・English intermediate level or up. Need to communicate with foreigners in daily work.
・Good communication skill, negotiation skill.
・Computer skill. Microsoft Office.
