- Supporting AP and AR accounting as below;
; Checking payment documents follows company approval policies and prepare payment information, record payment registers and upload
information onto internet banking
; Record invoice, reimbursement and payment vouchers into system.
; Preparing WHT certificate to supplier on a monthly basis
; Assist in preparation of WHT and VAT returns and supporting documents
; Bank reconciliations and other accounts (if any)
; Collection payment information from the system and online bank accounts and receive pay-in slips for the sales of Fixed Asset, Inventory and other miscellaneous collections (e.g. car park fee, Gift Voucher)
; Issue receipts to customers for payments received and Credit Notes in case of deposit guarantee (e.g. Shop decorations) and refund amount to customers
; Generate AR Aging Report from the system and compare with GL on monthly basis
; Follow-up on AR Aging Report and resolve issues (if any) with related parties as necessary
- Supporting team leader as below;
• Monitoring firm’s main cash accounts, categorizing voluminous cash activities and reconciling to ledger on daily basis.
• Reviewing general ledger accounts and reporting if there is any incorrect data.
• Preparing monthly financial statements, management reports and tax schedules for income and property tax returns.
• Participating in month-end and year-end audit and tax work paper preparation.
• Planning, organizing and prioritizing work assignments to meeting deadlines and requirements.
• Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers.
• Additional duties as directed by team leader
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Thai Nationality. Prefer female. Age 25-30 years
- At least 2 years’ working experience in accounting.
- Understanding with experience of AR, AP Accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Financial/Business.
- Strong accounting-related software skills including Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office.
- Experience in automotive business.
- Ability to work collaboratively others and work independently
- Able to communication in English (Fair level)
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and prioritize with a high sense of urgency
