JOB DETAIL

- Supervise subordinates to perform their tasks efficiently and achieve set goals, while always considering the company's standards, food safety, and workplace safety.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming goods and packaging stock.
- Inspect the recording of receiving and issuing goods and packaging used in production.
- Oversee the accuracy of inventory counts, and conduct a monthly stock count.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to the production plan.
- Ensure subordinates maintain equipment, machinery, tools, and work areas in good, clean, and orderly condition according to standards.
- Coordinate to resolve issues arising in the production line.
- Perform various tasks within the production department, not limited to any specific duty.
- Monitor and report work performance and any issues to superiors.
- Provide useful suggestions or comments to enhance work efficiency.
- Instill a sense of responsibility in subordinates regarding their role in the organization, promoting safety, occupational health, and a conducive work environment for the safety of employees and the efficiency of teamwork.
- Perform other assigned duties.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Educational background: High School Diploma (M.6)/Vocational Certificate or higher.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Warehouse Leader or Supervisor in a food factory.
- Basic Level of English.
- Leadership qualities, high endurance, and a strong sense of responsibility.
