JOB DETAIL

- Manage and coordinate customer service activities to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support.
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics and KPIs, such as delivery performance, to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Assist in the planning and execution of customer projects, including new product launches and special requests.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and calibration agencies.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide support and guidance to the customer service team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender with no age limit
- Bachelor degree Science, engineer any bachelor degree with experience.
- At least 5 years relevant working experiences in Customer Service, Planning, Logistics, shipment controller, printing and packaging area.
- Fluent or business level in English communication skill
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of office software packages (Word, Excel, Power point etc.)
- With good public relation skills both to coordinate with both internal and external agencies and calibration agencies
- Customer Service ,take care customer with KPI-Delivery on plan 100%
