■Porpose
・Company Business：Manufacturing Wire Harness for Automotive Industries.
・Job Scope：As a Assistant Manager,
-Manage whole manufacturing process, and proactively solve the problem
-Planning/Installing improvements for manufacturing process to develop stronger organization.

■Job Description
・Issue production plan to meet customer delivery requests.
・Manage internal factory's manufacturing process, also monitor supplier's manufacturing process
・If any problem happens, find out the cause and implement measures to solve the problem.
・After solve the problem, update/re-build manufacturing process to not let it happen again (Important)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・Male or Female, Age up to 50 years old
・At least 5 years experience as Production Control
・Japanese Intermediate level（Speak/Read/Write）
・English Intermediate level of（Speak/Read/Write）

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Work experience as Assistant manager/Manager level
（Ever Manage/Educate subordinates. Ever manage department's KPI)
・Work experience at related industry（Automotive, Electronic Parts etc）
・Experienced in troubleshooting, and lead improvement measures
