JOB DETAIL

-Develop a sales strategy for accomplishing the objectives of the Company and the team.
-Directly responsible for the performance and deliverables of the Sales team.
-Properly set up weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly action plans in line with the sales targets assigned by the Company. The individual achievement and the team achievement will be evaluated respectively.
-Develop and extend product knowledge, sales skills, negotiation skills, and his/her personal communication skills for external and internal purposes.
-Manage to invoice the customers promptly and receive the payment as per the terms and conditions set forth by the company management. The duty of the sales representative and the Sales team are accountable until the collection of the full payment, not the responsibility of the Administration department.
-Facilitation of the project scheduling, including, but not limited to managing the execution of the project in conjunction with the supplier’s delivery conditions and projections, as well as the management of the engineer's scope of the work and delivery.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Any Gender.
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the wastewater treatment equipment/waste treatment equipment industry, with at least 3 years in sales position.
-English (TOEIC 700) is must
-Must have a driver licensed (Company have car support)
