JOB DETAIL
• Manage key account relationships, customer acquisitions, and ongoing sales activities to maximize business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits, market analysis, and competitive intelligence gathering to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the Automotive.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying potential customers.
• Collaborate with cross divisional / functional teams to achieve targets while keeping customers satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long run.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
• Supporting on any tasks as getting the assignment from Senior Sales Manager.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Male/ Female ages between 35-49 years
• Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
• Experience in Sales (automotive parts manufacturer), Tier 1 supplier experience is a must
• Strong organization, communication, management, and strategic planning skill. Able to provide guidance to 3Thai sales representative staffs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with purchasing and design engineers at Japanese automotive manufacturers (clients)
• Japanese skill: JLPT N1, N2
• English skill: TOEIC score 600 or above, or be able to communicate English well in writing, listening, and speaking
• Microsoft Office skill (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Have sociability to accompany clients for dinning and factory visits
