(A) Marketing jobs :
1) Create key selling point of product (Product benefits, Function, Cost breakdown)
2) Compare strength and weakness of company’s product VS competitors
3) Organize the marketing such as launching event, workshop and incentive trip for customers
4) Corporate with the influencers to promote the brand and products on social media and evaluate the result from each influencers
5) Create the idea for promotion and advertisement.
6) Leads to create the sale materials such as the catalog and presentation

(B) Managing job as a leader in the sales team :
7) Make the sales strategy and annual / monthly sales plan
8) Set up sales and training scheme for Hair product
9) Guide and assist the sales staff persons to solve the problems and meet customer’s requirements.
10) Recruit and conduct an interview for new staff.
11) Give products and sales training to the new sales staff persons.
12) Report the result, problem and solution related to sales, staff and customers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1.1Female, Thai nationality, age 32-45 years old
1.2 Bachelor degree or higher related to marketing or business.
2. Experience
Have following experience for similar international brands as Loreal, Wella, Kerastase, Millbon, Schwarzkopf.
2.1 More than 5 years experience in marketing fields
2.2 More than 3 years experience leading sales team in the hair industry.

3. Skill, ability and personality
3.1. Good command of English in writing and speaking
3.2 Skill of problem solving, idea creation, logical thinking, presentation and negotiation.
3.3 Passionate, patient, challenging and responsible.
