1. HR tasks for Thai/Singapore/Malaysia branches (Hiring/performance management etc...)
2.Payroll/compensation/tax calculation for Thai/Singapore/Malaysia branches
3.Documentation
4.Taking care policies and regulations
5.Managing records of employees (Thai/Singapore/Malaysia)
6.Administrative daily supports for Thai/Singapore/Malaysia
7.Attendance management for Thai/Singapore/Malaysia
8.Manage vendors
9.Booking of flight/hotel/and other business trip related bookings
10.Expense claims
11.Accounting Data Input (SAP system)
12. Cooperate with CPA firm for reporting
13.Balance Sheet, Profit&Loss related tasks
14.Other tasks assigned by managers
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
[Must]
-Must have Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
-At least 5-10 years of HR experience
-Must be able to review HR documents (contracts and etc...)
-Business level of English (*Must be upper intermediate or above)
-Experience in using SAP system for accounting
[Preferred]
-Knowledge about labor laws and regulations in Singapore/Malaysia/Thailand
-Preferred Chinese speaking but not necessary (*Because need to report to office in Hongkong)
-CPD License but not necessary
