JOB DETAIL

1. Sales & Customer Support:
*Customer = International/domestic distributers and doctors
-Meet sales targets
-Make frequent domestic and international business trips (Singapore & Malaysia) to meet customers/events
-Assist with marketing plans (e.g. advertising, PR)
-Assist and support customers with product application and use
- Process customer orders, contracts, and purchase requests
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Generate quotations, assist with invoice/billing settlement
- Logistics & Inventory Management

2. Liaise with logistics team, other departments and clients
- Make sure event equipment (meetings, seminars, etc.) is available.
- Manage monthly product forecast and stock
- Liaise with other departments, customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders for timely deliveries.

3. Product Knowledge & Training:
- Continuously update product information (e.g. trainings, workshops)

4. Administrative Duties:
- General clerical duties (answering phones, filing, etc.)
- Support Sales/service order processing and other administrative tasks
- Other administrative duties.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor's degree in medical, dental or pharmacy field
(Obtaining pharmacy degree is preferred)
2. Age between 25-35years old
3. Upper intermediate level of English
(Communicate with regional colleagues and distributors.)
4. Able to travel abroad

1. Has experience dealing with dental products
2. Able to analyse data and prepare reports to summarize the data.
3. Has experience in creating Sales & Marketing plans and strategy.
4. Experience in international trading.

5. Experience in conducting product demonstration/training to dental professionals and distributors.
6. Experience in launching new products.
7. Has knowledge of creating sales ROFO (Rolling Forecast).
8. Has experience with handling distributors, doctors as customers, and KOL management.
9. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
10. Having driving license and own car is an advantage.
