JOB DETAIL

• Managing IT user support task (PC, Software, Asset Control, ID, Domain etc) & team member in Japanese Bank.
• Controlling Daily System Operation & IT related tasks.
• Supporting many kinds of IT ad-hoc tasks with priority, proper assignment and control.
• Proactively work at operation level with team member to corporate each other.
• Propose solution for operation excellence and improve out IT operation.
• Strongly initiate & leads our user support team towards our challenging goal.
• Open mind & Enjoy team working to keep producing output as organization.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Master Degree or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT related fields.
• At least 10 years in IT Operation, IT Support, IT Infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge in IT user support(PC, PDCA, Operation checker).
• Human management skill for small IT team (5 staff).
• Good communication and reporting skill in English to Manager or Non-IT staff.
• Strong leadership to influence sub-ordinates to proactively work.
