JOB DETAIL

- find new clients 90% and maintain existing clients 10%.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
- Negotiate contracts with customers to reach profitable agreements.
- Supervise subordinates and any assigned from MD

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male / Female (Prefer Male) age 30 - 48 years old.
- Graduated bachelor's degree in civil engineer
- At least 5 years of work experience as Sales or Project Sales in construction project such as factory, building or warehouse.
- Good personality and Active
- Has driving license and own car.
- Intermediate of English (if candidate can speak Japanese or Chinese will be advantage).
- Can work every other Saturday but flexible working hour (If visit client no need to come to office)
