• Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns
• Manage and motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives
• Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team
• Track sales performance and analyze market trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
• Prepare sales reports and present to senior management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female age between 35-40 years old
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Sales and marketing manager or similar role
• Deep understanding of the food & beverage industry and operations
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build good relationships
• Leadership qualities to guide the team to success
• Knowledge of marketing and sales principles
• Strong understanding of customer service and satisfaction
