■Making shipping document
■Scheduling shipping for delivery of baggage
■Communicate with the dealer to finalize delivery
■Support accounting staff to issue Invoice/Quotation
■Other documentation tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・Male or female, up to 30 years old
・graduate university in any field
・Intermediate level of English
*New grads can apply

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Ever making documents related to Import/Export
・Ever work at Japanese company
・Ever work at trading company or forwarding company
・Upper Intermediate level of English
