- Assist in develops and implements sales and service strategies aligned with dealership objectives.
- Oversee sales and service teams, providing coaching, motivation, and performance management.
- Manages dealership inventory and ensures efficient resource allocation.
- Analyzes financial data and reports to identify areas for improvement and profitability.
- Builds strong relationships with customers and resolves concerns promptly.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age 35 years old -45 years old ( Thai nationality)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
-Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the automotive industry, Passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations, sales processes, and service procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mind with the ability to interpret and leverage data for informed decision-making.
- English is at intermediate level
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams at all levels.
