JOB DETAIL

- Reporting to various stakeholders including landlord, franchise, operations, and department heads
- Providing actual budget reports for marketing and other departments
- Reconciling general ledger costing and inventory
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable aging reports
- Monitoring cash flow and following up on overdue accounts
- Managing accrued expenses and reversing accruals monthly
- Reviewing monthly profit and loss statements
- Ensuring financial statements and income statements comply with accounting standards
- Handling VAT and tax submissions to the Revenue department
- Reviewing and clearing balance sheets
- Managing TFRS16 compliance
- Supporting the general manager with reports
- Overseeing costing processes
- Booking assets and running depreciation
- Coordinating with external auditors

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Age between 30- 45 years old (Thai nationality)
- Bachelor’s degree, major in accounting.
- More than 3-year accounting related working experience
- Good Command of English
- CPD or CPA is a must
- Excellent Microsoft Office and SAP skills.
