• Acquire new customers
• Maintain and retain existing customers
• Present sales and collect payments for products and services
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with international clients
• Handle import/export documentation

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female, age 25-30 years old or above
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• Experience in sales and service support in industrial factories for at least 1 year
• Skills in communication, coordination, and passion for customer service
• Proficiency in English communication skills is a plus
• Training in IATF 16949/ISO 9001/ISO 14001 is a plus.
• Owns a car and driving license
