Number of Direct Subordinate: 9 Driver Trainers
Number for In-Direct Subordinate: 200 Drivers


Role objective:
1. Develop and implement programs to ensure employee safety in compliance with regulations for transportation of materials and stocks, operations and the external stakeholders.
2. Provide support to all deliver functions in Thailand as the focal point for all matters to do with Transport safety.

Responsibilities:
1. Coach and Coordinate with Fleet Site Leader, Distribution Officer and Driver Trainer to ensure that Fleet Safety Program at site level have been established, implemented and monitored.
2. Verify compliance with Transport Safety Regulations and ensures necessary records are
maintained and repaired according to the guidelines.
3. Develop materials and conduct training for drivers in the implementation of the Transportation Safety Regulations & Policy and enhance drivers' capabilities and competency to reduce avoidable road accident and to achieve transport safety target and goals.
4. Performs regular inspection and audit to ensure Fleet Safety Programs are effectively implemented

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Prefer female. Age between 30-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety or mechanical engineering or other engineering related field.
3. Required minimum 5 years of experience in 'Transport Safety' or 'Fleet Safety' for trailer with dangerous/hazardous goods (Oil & Gas, etc.)
4. If have an safety professional certificate or equivalent is an advantage.
5. Upper Intermediate level of English.
6. Able to work at Mapkha (มาบข่า), Rayong. *Housing & Area Allowance will be included in the salary package.
