JOB DETAIL

1. Establish policies and work plans that align with the company's policies.
2. Supervise and control production to ensure it follows the production plan efficiently and aligns with the company's goals.
3. Control production costs to align with and meet the company's targets.
4. Oversee the performance of employees.
5. Control and manage the safety, hygiene, and working environment for employees.
6. Coordinate with various departments within the company.
7. Take responsibility for various company assets.
8. Evaluate the performance of employees under your supervision.
9. Supervise and inspect the performance evaluations of employees in each department.
10. Control product quality, manage production waste, and reduce production errors to meet KPI targets and the company's established policies.
11. Plan and control production to meet customer demands.
12. Manage, control, and oversee production materials (RM), inventory (FG), packaging materials, and consumable supplies (Engineer Stock) accurately.
13. Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female age: 29-39 years
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
- Work experience: 3 years or more (in the relevant position)
- Personality: Punctual, diligent, able to work well under pressure, creative, positive thinker
- Basic of English
- Work Monday to Saturday
